I could not believe it when I telephoned at 9pm in the evening and someone was there to help and advise me!

It works fine, but there is always room for improvement. Not that I have any complaints. Thankyou for a reliable and pleasant service.

I would like to use PAYPAL as an option for payment if possible in the future as with a lot of customers our details are already in and it speeds up the purchase. (No typing in card details and the like)

Fantastic service and very swift delivery - thank you for your help. The sandpit has already seen a lot of active service!

My only feedback as relates the product itself was that the hinges weren't the same as those illustrated on the plans and don't allow assembly of the lid exactly as intended. The drill holes in the hinges are too close to the hinge lines. If you could pass this on to the manufacturer, it would be great. I realise this is, however, completely out of your control!

REMIND US NUTS HERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF THE MONEY CONVERSION. I HAD TOTALLY FORGOTTEN ABOUT THAT. MY FAULT NOT YOURS. BUT I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND WOULD DO IT AGAIN.

Maybe have more sizes in your products ie. 5-6 years. The Item did fit but was a bit short but we bought leggings to go underneath . It was for an Ugly Bug's Ball at school and might I add she was the best dressed Ladybird there thanks to your outfit .

the only problem encountered was a misleading discount on the web site which was found not to be up to date but on emailing direct received free gift as compensation for the misunderstanding so very happy with service

I think your company is wonderful and the products you sell are special and not seen anywhere else. i always check your website when i have a "special" present to get - i dont always buy from you - but i love your stuff.

I was impressed by the service and the speed of delivery. Not much else to improve. Only comment would be try and ensure you have a wide range as children always choose the model that you don't stock!
