The largest PlayCentre we offer, the Gate Lodge was designed to be a combined activity centre for younger children as well as a Wendy House / Fort / Sleeping Den for when they are older. The upper cabin is large enough for three teenagers to sleep in comfort (although wood fires are not recommended!). Beneath the cabin is a play area 1.8m x 1.8m fitted with a table and two bench seats. There is enough room around the table to create a play area, even spread out some sand for small kids. The upper cabin can be accessed by a ladder with 5 x 40mm hardwood rungs, or the climbing wall fitted with professional grips. And not to forget the 3m green wavy slide & swing arm complete with 2 swings!. To complement the Gate Lodge is a range of accessories including a full-sized Assault Course, Commando Net and Clatterbridge. The walls of the cabin follow a unique design which allows natural movement of the timber without having to use nails or screw, resulting in no splitting of the wood. The overall feel of this PlayCentre is of quality construction and components.
The planed rectangular timber is pressure-treated to minimise splits and cracks. All bolts are galvanised and recessed for safety and appearance.
